Association for Behavior Analysis International

The Association for Behavior Analysis International® (ABAI) is a nonprofit membership organization with the mission to contribute to the well-being of society by developing, enhancing, and supporting the growth and vitality of the science of behavior analysis through research, education, and practice.

ABAI Liaisons

Liaisons facilitate communication and cooperation between ABAI and other behavioral organizations with common goals and missions. ABAI appoints liaisons to the following organizations:

 

American Psychological Association Division 25

Mark Reilly (2024–2026)

 

Division 25 considers behavior a subject in its own right, addressed through the experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis, and the conceptual analysis of behavior.

 

Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International (AAALAC International)

Michael Perone (2012–2024)

 

AAALAC International advocates for the humane treatment of animals in research settings through its voluntary accreditation program.

 

Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies

Kent Johnson (2019–2026)

 

The Cambridge Center advances the study of behavior and supports the use of behavior analysis to solve human problems.

 

Federation of Associations in Behavioral & Brain Sciences (FABBS)

Jonathan Pinkston (2023–2026)

 

FABBS is a coalition of member organizations supporting the efforts of research scientists through legislative advocacy and education.

 

Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior (SEAB)

Mark Galizio (2024–2027)

 

SEAB publishes the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
