Julia Fiebig, Ph.D., BCBA-D, is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Ball State University in the Applied Behavior Analysis program. A practicing behavior analyst for over twenty years, she has a range of experience working with clinical, educational, and other non-profit and private organizations. Her graduate training was in organizational leadership and sustainability with emphasis on relational frame theory applied to climate change communication. She currently serves on the board of the Behavior Analysis for Sustainable Societies special interest group and recently co-authored the textbook, Understanding and Applying Relational Frame Theory: Mastering the Foundations of Complex Language in Our Work and Lives as Behavior Analysts.
Her work has taken her across the US and Europe and she is committed to impacting organizational sustainability, leadership development and team performance, and prosocial, consensus-based community practices.. She is dedicated to contributing to wider application and dissemination of a compassionate behavior science. In her life outside of academia, she is a director of Luethi-Peterson Camps International, directing summer projects to foster international understanding and peaceful relations across diverse community members and also works as a musician/composer and has recorded two albums.
