Getting Around
ABAI makes full use of the hotel and center facilities, and events are spread out. There are many places to sit and rest in the hallways, in large corridors outside the ballrooms, near the session rooms, and in the lobbies. If you use mobility aids, we recommend bringing them or arranging for a rental ahead of time. View the Colorado Convention Center's fully interactive map here. Please know that the map is illustrative and the rooms and/or seating may be arranged differently for our event.

With prior notice, the following ground transportation companies pick up passengers using mobility aids at curbside on Level 5, at the west-side of Jeppesen Terminal (at the Denver International Airport).
Scooter and Wheelchair Rental
Event Seating
Each room has wheelchair/scooter seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone with limited mobility or who is using a mobility device such as a scooter, walker, crutches, or wheelchair may wait near the front of the line to use this accessible seating. There is limited, marked accessible seating in each session room for those with hearing and/or visual impairments. For help, please alert an ABAI staff member (wearing a red shirt).
Restrooms
All of the Colorado Convention Center's restrooms are accessible for all guests and are compliant with ADA standards.
Other Supports
ABAI has reserved two rooms in the Colorado Convention Center. Room 607 is designated to serve as a quiet, sensory-break room and room 204 is designated for meditation or prayer. Of course, individuals may access the nearest of the two rooms based on immediate needs; though we ask you also consider the designations of each room and other attendees' needs when using the rooms. Both rooms remained unlocked and independently accessible during normal conference hours (the same operating hours as the event registration desks). Please see ABAI staff at the registration desk for additional assistance.
