Abstract: This panel will discuss the difficulties in creating, and funding an international Behavior Analysis Masters program. Three universities have collaborated: Bangor University, Wales; SWPS, Poland; and California State University, Stanislaus. We obtained a grant from the Department of Education and the European Union to fund the development of the program and more importantly fund students while overseas ($12,000 or equivalent). In addition we will discuss the struggles with University administration and suggest some advice for those setting up similar international exchange programs. We will discuss the key issues you will need to think about in terms of compiling the general agreement and designing a program of study between three Universities. |
